Profile and visibility
Complete your professional profile (contact details, specialties, languages, hours) to appear in the Vetzy directory. Two modes exist:
- Directory — viewable profile, visible contact details, no online booking
- Bookable — online appointment booking enabled (subject to Vetzy validation)
Calendar and slots
Configure your availability, consultation durations and gaps between appointments from your veterinary workspace. Owners only see open slots.
- Define consultation types and durations
- Set cancellation notice (0 h to 24 h and more) in Profile → Services
- Optional: late cancellation fees via Stripe
Clinic and team
If you are attached to a center, the center workspace lets you manage multiple veterinarians, roles (associate, assistant, reception) and shared calendars.
Medical records
Add and update record items from the veterinary workspace (consultations, vaccinations, attachments). The owner views this information read-only on their pet profile. Records are not automatically shared across distinct clinics.
Notifications and payments
Email confirmations and reminders are available according to your preferences. SMS (Twilio) for appointments can be enabled by Vetzy support on request.
Stripe is used for professional subscriptions and, where applicable, late cancellation fees configured in your calendar settings.
