Getting started

Vetzy connects pet owners and veterinary professionals: search, public profiles, online appointments and health records. This guide covers the first steps to get started on the platform.

To get started:

1. Click Sign up at the top of the homepage
2. Enter your email and choose a secure password (or use passwordless sign-in if offered)
3. Verify your email address via the link you receive
4. Complete your profile (name, contact details)

From the dashboard:

1. Open My pets
2. Click Add a pet
3. Enter name, species, breed, date of birth or age, weight, photo (recommended)
4. Save

Use search by city or country (Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg). Filter by specialty, distance or languages. Directory profiles are viewable without online booking; bookable profiles allow appointments.

1. Open the professional's profile
2. Choose Book appointment (if available)
3. Select the pet and reason for visit
4. Pick a slot in the calendar
5. Confirm the booking
