Managing Appointments
Vetzy makes it easy to manage all your pet's appointments in one place.
Viewing Appointments
Access your appointments from the dashboard or the "Appointments" section. You can view:
- Upcoming appointments
- Past appointments
- Appointment details including date, time, veterinarian, and service type
- Appointment status (confirmed, pending, cancelled)
Rescheduling Appointments
To reschedule an appointment:
- Go to your appointments list
- Click on the appointment you want to reschedule
- Select "Reschedule"
- Choose a new date and time from available slots
- Confirm the changes
Cancelling Appointments
You can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time:
- Open the appointment details
- Click "Cancel Appointment"
- Confirm the cancellation
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Pet Profiles
Keep all your pet's information organized in their profile.
Editing Pet Information
To update your pet's information:
- Go to "My Pets"
- Click on the pet you want to edit
- Click "Edit Profile"
- Update any information
- Save your changes
Medical Records
Access your pet's complete medical history:
- Vaccination records and schedules
- Previous appointments and treatments
- Prescriptions and medications
- Lab results and test reports
- Notes from veterinarians
Account Settings
Manage your account preferences and personal information.
Profile Settings
Update your personal information, contact details, and profile picture from the Settings page.
Notification Preferences
Control how you receive notifications:

- SMS reminders (optional)
- Push notifications (if using the mobile app)
- Newsletter subscriptions
Privacy Settings

Payment and Billing
Vetzy supports secure payment processing for appointments and services.
Adding Payment Methods
Add credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods in your account settings under "Payment Methods".
Viewing Invoices
Access all your invoices and payment history from the "Billing" section of your account.
