View
- Upcoming and past appointments
- Date, time, veterinarian and consultation type
- Status (confirmed, pending, cancelled)
Cancel
From My appointments (/user/appointments), you can cancel as long as the veterinarian's minimum notice period is met (Profile → Services, Cancellation notice option). A confirmation email is sent. Late cancellation fees may apply if configured by the practitioner.
Pet profiles
My pets → profile → Edit to update information.
Medical record
You can view read-only items shared by your veterinarian: vaccinations, consultations, notes and attachments when available on the pet profile.
Account settings
Profile, contact details, photo and preferences from Settings.

Payment and billing
For some online bookings, secure payment via Stripe may be required (especially for late cancellation). Add a payment method in Payment methods if requested during booking.
